The Streptomyces MLST website contains two linked databases - one for allelic profiles and sequences, the other for isolate information. This structure offers advantages over a single database system. Further details can be found here.

This MLST scheme was developed by Yinping Guo and Ying Huang (State Key Laboratory of Microbial Resources, Institute of Microbiology, CAS, China). The project was funded by NSFC grant number 30670002 - Molecular systematics of Streptomyces.
